ScaleOFM does not create, curate, store permanently, or provide any original images. The Service functions solely as a pass-through technical conduit.
The User retains full and absolute legal responsibility for all content uploaded to the Service. By accessing or using ScaleOFM, you rigorously warrant that:
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ScaleOFM, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, legal fees, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these warranties or your use of the Service.
ScaleOFM has no knowledge of, and no control over, the specific purpose, intent, or final destination of the processed images. We do not manually monitor user uploads for content.
The User acknowledges that "undetectability" is a descriptive technical feature and does not confer any new legal rights, immunities, or permissions that the User did not already possess regarding the content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScaleOFM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Under no circumstances shall ScaleOFM be liable for any legal action taken against the User by third parties (including but not limited to social media platforms, regulatory bodies, or individuals depicted in images). Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid, if any, for the specific service rendered to you.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that ScaleOFM shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
